An American soldier known as Phoenix Welles is about to be deceived to become the notorious "Knox Sovereign".  "Knox" is at least notorious on the North Korean end who is countered by the infamous Juche Commune a secretive group of North Korean "superheroes" setup by the Supreme Leader to counter threats facing North Korea. Members of the group originally dismiss one particular member's warning - Red Fox through his Buddhist visions of meditation over the image of "Knox Sovereign".
 But lucky for the Juche Commune, an American hacker known as M. Middle who has worked with Colonel Rex MacManners in the past disagrees with the Colonel's controversial move.
