It's all About Eve

Natalie works for a tyrannical boss, Pamela. Pamela goes out of her way to make Natalie miserable. She begins to feel her life is a disaster. Eventually, angers flair in Natalie's office and she tells her boss exactly what she thinks of her. The spat nearly turns into a fight before Pamela has her say and leaves. One of the other employees tells Natalie in private, that Pamela is actually mad at the world and Natalie just happens to be the person standing in front of her.
He goes on to explain Pamela's bitter divorce and suggests that it was due to a secret about Pamela no one in the office really is sure of. After a terrible work week, Natalie's sister set her up on a blind date. That too ends up a disaster, and has Natalie walking home, from a strange end of town in the rain. But two things are going to change Natalie's world, she discovers Pamela's secret and meets a hooker with a heart of gold.
