I Was Rejected By Ira Glass

Peter Bullock shares a strange family story concernng his mother's ashes with Ira Glass in the hope of getting on the radio show This American Life.  The process of being interviewed for This American Life is described, as well as the adventure of dealing with the Great Man himself.  We learn of the misunderstanding that results in his father dumping his mother's ashes out in a cemetery parking lot, and the unexpected family reaction.  The radio  experience ends with unexpected results.
