Hooking up on Valentine's Day

From the moment the boy with the green eyes glances up from his menu, Foster is stricken. Sure, it's Valentine's Day, and sure, Green Eyes is there with a date - a FEMALE date - but Foster can't help but think his handsome, soft-spoken customer has eyes only for him. Maybe it's because he's alone and stuck with a shift on Valentine's Day - again - or maybe it's because it's been so long since Foster has been alone with another guy.
Either way, he just can't seem to stop fantasizing about his strikingly attractive customer. It doesn't hurt that when their hands meet, electricity seems to flow between them, like a live wire. So when Green Eyes returns after hours, desire evident in his eyes, Foster is ready to pounce... Excerpt:I nod, admiring his fingers on the stem of his wine glass. Maybe it's not eating all night, or maybe it's just my third holiday closing at Pepe's by myself, or maybe it's just the Valentine's Day blues, but, feeling daring, I ask, "Why'd you really come back tonight?" My voice is softer.
"I mean, really?"He blushes again, but doesn't look away. "I thought. I thought maybe we had something going, back there." He yanks a thumb back toward Table 18. "I thought, maybe, if you didn't have a date." My heart skips a beat. Electricity raises the hair on my neck. Then he looks up, hand covering his mouth. "Oh my God, you have a date, don't you? Of course you do, " he's rambling now, getting up, reaching for his wallet.
"God, what an ass I am! I knew, I knew I shouldn't have done this. A hunk like you, on Valentine's Day? Of course you have a date."I come around the bar, fast as a cat, reaching for his hips. They're narrow under my hands as I pull him close, licking my lips as I lean in for a kiss. He sucks his breath in, flinching, but not parting, melting into me as I taste the sweet red wine we've been drinking.
I pause, inching back to peer into those deep green eyes. He blinks, bashfully, then licks his lips, as if to prove the kiss was real. "Then. you don't have a date?"I smile and take his hand, leading him into Pepe's Party Room at the back of the dining room. It's a private room, reserved for parties of 18 or more. A few tables, a service bar, and a long, red booth stretching along the back wall."I do now, " I sigh, feeling his hand grow warm in my own.
