What started as means of thriving and improving one's life continued to morph into itself as the story that he was told and consequently the story he kept telling and building for myself. Whatever was achieved, professionally or socially, did not deliver the sanctification, satisfaction or the happiness he knew for a fact was missing. So this was the beginning, and now it is his everyday in living; to see whatever is going on as long as he is alive for.

One day, about twenty years ago, he joined one of these dialogue forums. About a year later he started to attend regular dialogue retreats at Brockwood Park. He wouldn't carry on doing any of this if he didn't feel it was the most important thing in life to do.
Paul Dimmock has been involved all his life in the field of education, working primarily as a teacher with young children all his professional life.
He is now at a point where he is mostly retired from this job, but he maintains regular contact in a consultancy role with the school at which he has worked for the last thirty-five years.
