This book and Lou and Junior partially overlap at times; therefore, you will see the same scene from the view of the main character. Hi, I'm Isolde. The day I met Hendrix Drummond was the day my mom died. I lost more than my mom though. I lost most of my hearing, and soon enough, I would lose all of it. I'm a senior in high school. I want to do something other than just graduate. My dad is overprotective and will not let me date.
I didn't get to say more than hi to Hendrix when I met him. That was years ago. This year, I...tried to run right through him and we share a few classes together, and...he's into me. I don't even know how I got started in a relationship much less how to end one to start another.
