Heads or Tails

War has broken out in the shape of two rival street gangs, and the bodies are piling up all over the city. The case drops on Detectives Iris Williams and Annette Toni's desk when evidence proves that someone with a grudge is targeting the gang members. Iris and Toni must put away their biases and protect and warn the cop-killing gangbangers to catch a diabolical killer who is also building an army.
