Biographie de Glenn Alfred Fecunda

Hello, I am Glenn Alfred Fecunda born in 1978 in Amsterdam, father of 3 beautiful children and I am the face behind The Holistic Companion. Growing up without a father and with a mother who suffers from trauma and various psychiatric conditions was not always pleasant. As a child I always felt that it was different at my home. But never really understood what was going on. Until my mother asked me at the age of 8 to help her end her life.
From that moment on our roles were reversed. The support system around my mother was very small to zero. Which made me taking on too much responsibility with the result that I had completely ignored myself. I tried not to be a burden to her. To do well in school, not to make trouble in the neighborhood, so that it would be easier for her to live with me. In later relationships I continued to exhibit this behavior and never fully showed myself.
Didn't even know who I was. It has been a whole journey to understand and process this and especially to discover who I actually am and want to be.
