He has authored, co-authored and/or edited 92 books, including the 2-million-selling "Facts On" series of apologetic books. Joni Eareckson Tada is founder of Joni and Friends, one of the world's leading organizations devoted to those affected by disability.
Joni is the author of more than 50 books and received many awards for her efforts on behalf of the disability community. She was inducted into the Christian Booksellers' Association's Hall of Honor in 1995 and received the Gold Medallion Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003 from the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association. Dr. Easley is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in education in 1980. She serves alongside her husband, Michael, at Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, Tennessee and is mother to three daughters and one son. Ken is the husband of Joni Eareckson Tada and recently retired from 32 years of teaching and serves as Director of Ministry Development for Joni and Friends. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and, in 2001, received the Family Life Ministries Robertson McQuilkin Award honoring "the Courageous Love of a Marriage Covenant Keeper." Ken is an avid fly fisherman and helps to lead Wild Adventures, a fishing ministry for men.
