She offers more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience and in-depth business acumen, having done everything from building, growing, and successfully selling a web agency to founding and investing in early-stage start-ups, authoring two books on personal and professional development, and creating a successful coaching business.
Murielle has spent the last nine years specializing in integrative, mindset-focused business and career coaching and leadership development. Many of her clients - artists, creatives, start-up founders, creative entrepreneurs, and C-suite professionals - understand the need for growth but are unaware of how to achieve it. They feel "stuck." By integrating leading research in neuroscience, philosophy, trauma and attachment theory, business education, and her entrepreneurial experience, Murielle can help them move forward and create successful and sustainable futures.
Murielle is a frequent public speaker, podcast guest and host, and TEDx speaker and idea generator who is committed to lifelong learning, including mindfulness training, feminist marketing principles, positive psychology, conscious business and leadership, neuroscience, and philosophy. Murielle is interested in investing in young and promising entrepreneurs who are trying to change the world in a sustainable way.
As an autistic woman, Murielle is acutely aware of the obstacles neurodivergent and other disadvantaged individuals encounter in their careers, which motivated her to launch a talent network that provides job opportunities as well as career coaching services exclusively tailored for marginalized groups. With a passion for life and creative expression, Murielle keeps engaging in new experiences. Writing, drawing, improv theater, dancing, art history, tasting all flavors of Belgian chocolate, and making the most exquisite mayonnaise are only a few of her interests.
Rarely does she say "no" to a challenge, especially one that serves a greater purpose.
