Biographie d'Emily Leeming
Dr Emily Leeming is a scientific researcher at King's College London with a PhD in how what we eat impacts our gut microbiome and our health. A registered dietitian and former chef, she has worked with clients on gut health and intuitive eating and has developed a specialised approach to eating well to feel your best that combines clinical expertise with no-fuss advice. Formerly, Emily was Senior Scientist at personalised nutrition tech company ZOE, where she worked on academic research with King's College London, Harvard, and Stanford Universities and translated the new key findings into actionable guidance, taking science from the lab to the public.
She is Head of Nutrition Science at The Gut Stuff. Genius Gut is her first book.
