Layla's not like other girls. In fact, she's absolutely unique in the world. Unlike ordinary humans, Layla vividly remembers being born. That's because she was electrified into existence in a hospital storage closet as the secret science project of a heartbroken doctor. Since birth, she's been hidden away: a special woman with special bonus parts. When the doctor's reanimation creation sneaks out of the hospital, she enters a world she doesn't understand.
