Forsaken Ends

Kyliah and her fellow captive are held inside a cave while their rescuers rush to find them. As time trickles away, her Merrow instincts pull her survival instincts to the forefront. The water can help her, but it will kill him. Saving her strength is the easy option, but can she live with the result? A Core Flame can't survive near water and the cave is flooding. There's no end in sight and working together might just be the very last thing they do.
