The primary and first energy system to be used is the aerobic system. This system uses oxygen for muscle function and demands a lot from the overall body system. This demand generally increases the rate and depth of respiration and blood supply mainly due to the corresponding increase in heart rate. When the body requires more energy, which cannot be met due to the high need for more oxygen, the body's system automatically switches to the anaerobic energy system. This system can produce energy without using oxygen. All this energy is generated through the adequate or correct consumption of food. The food eaten dictates the kinds of energy levels everyone can produce. Muscle fatigue generally occurs when all energy sources are depleted, which can be attributed to a variety of reasons; the most compelling depends largely on the types of food consumed. There are several categories of foods that produce various elements beneficial to the human body system and it is helpful to know which ones create or enhance energy-generating sources. Therefore, this knowledge should help the individual to choose the right types of food. The aerobic system works by breaking down carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids in the food consumed, while the anaerobic system releases energy from food stored in the body, usually during bouts of intense activity. If we find out about the failure of diets or fitness plans around us, it is usually not their fault. It is usually the fault of the people who started out in a lot of shock about following these plans, telling everyone they knew and co-workers, and then did not abide by those programs. People who quit exercise or dieting half-heartedly don't see the benefits, naturally, and everyone blames the plan. What the world needs today is not a new health or fitness program or a diet, it requires motivation. You need the right kind of mindset to follow through with whatever plan they have chosen to the end. If they can do that, most health problems related to lifestyle situations will become obsolete. And we don't have to visit the corners of the earth to discover this motivation. The motivation is here, within us; we simply need to find it and use it. A generation ago, people wouldn't dream of picking up whatever junk food they could get to feed their faces. Today, we do it very casually. "I'm hungry" commonly means "I want a hamburger or hot dog, probably with fries and some cola." And, "I am on a diet" means "I am taking a chemically assembled pill that will beat my hunger and deprive my body of vitamins." It really is no wonder that we are facing so many health problems today..................
