Firm Denial, a follow-up to Firm Resolve, is a stand-alone novella. It's been years since Lana Hayaak, the exotic wife of a corrupt executive, disappeared. However, Daniel Petersen, a quirky detective, is determined to solve this mystery because he suspects that Aaron Walker, the man last seen with her, is lying. After all, Aaron's version of events is an entirely different story.
