Crimson the Chromaveiled

Melzia wanted nothing more than to start a new life somewhere far away from the control of Queen. Someplace where fairy tales were simply make-believe, magic didn't exist, and dragons weren't real. So, as she stood by the well in the pouring rain, she threw her coin and whispered her fateful wish. Soon after, she stepped through the portal from Fenglauria to Earth, leaving behind her life as a chromaveiled.
She thought her deepest wish had finally come true. She thought she was free. Eight years later, two cloaked figures suddenly marched into her calm life, and she knew her past had caught up with her. Now, to keep herself and her boyfriend-Luke-safe, Melzia had to evade capture as she dragged him across a magical world he knew nothing about. The time had come for her to find out if her powers were strong enough to rescue Luke.
