Biographie de Don MacLean

Don Maclean has forty-five plus years' experience in the petroleum industry comprised of management of construction, drilling, completions and production operations in a wide variety of operational environments in Canada, USA and Asia. Don's focus of experience is in management of well construction requirements for projects, safety leadership, contract development and project operations, implementation and control.
Don was a member of the evaluation team studying the potential for cooperation projects with CNPC and various Oil Bureaus in east central and northern China. His follow-up roles involved all aspects of operations, operations management and then assignment as General Manager. Don has worked in Exploration and Development roles as Operations Manager, Project Director and General Manager in various Regions of North, South East Asia.
As Project Director, Don managed the project teams tasked with conducting several exploration drilling projects in Eastern Indonesia. Now semi-retired Don remains involved in various construction operations as a consultant, enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
