Cleaning, Yea it's a dirty word..but it'll save you hundreds $$$$$ in refunding your deposit back... Have you had a landlord(what a name) like LAND BARON..:) well anyway we all have lost money because we missed something or forgot to replace that light bulb..clean the oven, washed the windows.. etc., ,And you know they charge you for every little thing and act as if they tried their best to help you out...but the owner..the manager..bah-blah blah..
After they take all of your security deposit, ,,  Hey the only one that is going to help you out is YOU! And my little black book (Is it black ?)
