Character Is Higher Than Intellect

Degrees and education often become the requirement that isset by companies, but on the other hand, we all know theimportance of having the right attitude as well. And it's deeperthan that: attitude stems from the character of that person thatreally spells out whether or not he's a great friend, partner, employee or teacher. Having a good, positive character mattersa lot because while knowledge can be taught and measured, character requires time to build, yet, you only need a singlemoment to shatter a good image.
