Robert Cameron Remington, III was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. A spoiled, rich kid that has always had everything handed to him from his parents. However, his uncle, the CEO of the business, has had enough of his antics. Cameron gets and ultimatum, if he wants the company and all the trappings that come with it, he will live the simple life in one of his properties as well as work an entry-level management position for thirty days.
He can't reveal to the employees who he is, and if he doesn't follow the guidelines, the company will go to his sister and Cameron will be cut off.  He's pissed, but Cameron believes he can get through anything for a month. Everything starts to change with a captivating smile from a stranger. Toya King can't stand her new boss. She has plenty of reason to detest him since he makes her life difficult being an absentee overseer that doesn't seem to take his position seriously.
She spends most of her days taking dictations over the phone or long emails while he jet-sets around the globe with his rich friends. Working for such a demanding man, she soon finds a little solace when a new neighbor moves in. He's kind, considerate and the sexiest man she's ever met.
