For the beginning 500 ideas is okay to start doing something and bust the boredom. For later it is possible to use Google search engine to find more activities if necessary or to deepen knowledge in particular activity or category from the list.
The e-book was created, gathered and collected by using resources found on the internet, personal knowledge and common sense. Hopefully it will be possible to find at least one interesting idea which could be implemented. What is more, if it is not sure what to do at home, try to randomly pick one idea from a 500 list and follow it by researching it on the internet.
