Blood Habits Die Hard

Survival is everything in a world where giant creatures prey on human beings every night. Whether Noor or Sooth, there is no hiding from the violence and blood-lust of The Creatures. For the world's only vampire, existence is good. He can feed whenever he wants, without any interruption from the sightless monsters that feed solely on human blood. One night, The Creatures steal the vampire's only meal for miles and he has to go a night without eating for the first time ever.
He doesn't know what happens when he doesn't feed, and he doesn't want to find out. In order to keep the Creatures from further disrupting his means of survival, the nameless vampire seeks refuge with the same humans he's seen only as a food source since the beginning of his existence.
