As a former member of the Israeli Defense Forces, she attained a black belt in Krav Maga, a form of martial arts that is more martial than art, less for competition and more for dealing death swiftly and surely. She's also a former runway model, all the attributes of which she still has at her disposal.
From her home on the French Riviera, she flies around the world on behalf of her employer, Blackwell Ops, and her need for her next adrenaline rush.  This is part of Melanie's story, as told to the author.
