It has been a year since the horrific murders at Jacob's Bible Camp, but even though the killer was supposedly slain, the church that owns the property has decided to sell. To that end, the pastor agrees to meet a real estate agent and a potential buyer at the site of the camp itself. Upon arriving, the agent and the buyer and others with them spot the pastor's car, but there are no signs of the man himself. Looking around the camp, they eventually split up, and then they go missing, one by one, just like a year earlier. Does this mean serial killer Tank Tucker is alive?
