Bare Snow

Featuring an insane cast of anthropomorphic characters, Bare Snow is based on Brett A. Brooks's Pussy Katnip Series and was first featured in A Hand of Gold and other stories in 2018. Jerry O'Hare is a journalist for the Herald, who is hoping to get the real scoop on Grizz Bigly and his dastardly schemes. When he and his apprentice witness a murder, Jerry's realizes he has more to worry over than the puddle of piss he left in Bigly's bed.
Now, with talk of white powder on the streets and goons on his heels, Jerry is determined to unravel his greatest story yet or die trying. This sarcastically satiric short story is a superhero crime-noir set in the 1930s-1940s in a place called Mutt town.
