Appliance-ocalypse (A Short Story)

The last thing anyone would accuse an appliance of having is a dream, but that is exactly what Silex has. In order to be indispensable to his family, he'll do whatever it takes to make that dream come true. But he's not alone. Something else is lurking in the kitchen and it wants Silex gone. What began as a simple wish is now a battle to see who will become King of the Counter.
