Marie is a Nutritional Therapist with a passion for mental wellbeing. Working in the UK National Health Service as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner she saw first hand the impact poor mental wellbeing can have on lives, as well as how difficult it is for anyone experiencing these problems to access help. This book is the result of Marie's clinical experience in nutrition, psychology and mindfulness.
